2. Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days on payment received.
3. If you haven't received the item on the Delivery Time , Please contact us by email if you have any questions ,normally, your mail will be replied within 24 Hours. If you still haven't got the reply after 24 hours, please check the spam of your email box. We will try our best to give you the best solution by communication.
4. We ship to Aliexpress's address ONLY. Please make sure your address in Alixpress is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
5.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility.

Return Policy
1. Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
2. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
3. Please repack the products carefully. Products returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
4. If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

RETURN POLICY

REFUND POLICY
