When the power is turned on, the default is the first gear. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to release it.

The gear is increased by one gear, and the buzzer sounds and the LED flashes corresponding to the number of gears.

For example: 3rd gear, the buzzer beeps three times, and the LED flashes three times

There are 5 gears in total. From gear 1 to gear 5, the spot welding strength is gradually strengthened, and gear 5 is the strongest!

After the 5th gear, press and hold the button again. It will power off, and when the power is off, press and hold the button to power on, and the gear will return to the first gear at the same time.

Users need to bring their own 12V battery for power supply, the welding current is about 100A~200A, and it is easy to weld the common 0.1mm~0.15mm nickel plated sheet.

Please make sure that your battery can have a current greater than 100A, otherwise you will not be able to weld!

Power supply voltage: 11.5V-14.8V

Working current: 100-200A (the best current: 150A is less than 100A discharge, it will not work)

A battery with a large discharge current will directly affect the welding effect. The following batteries are recommended:

36-45ah battery with good performance and small internal resistance (internal resistance is less than 10 milliohms, discharge current is greater than 100A), such as a new car starter battery!

Power requirements:

Spot welding is welded by the principle of rapid local heating and cooling by high current, and requires sufficient current supply. Generally, 0.1-0.15 nickel-plated sheets are commonly used.

When welding, the current is about 90-150A, so the working power of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.
